Acceptable Use Policy

Rules protecting users, infrastructure, providers, and the public.

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for accounts, teams, applications, prompts, content, deployments, credentials, security, backups, and end users. Use must comply with law, third-party rights, provider rules, and the Terms.

Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, phishing, spam, or unsolicited communications.
  • Child exploitation, sexual abuse material, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content sexualizing minors.
  • Credible threats, terrorism support, violent wrongdoing, or targeted harassment.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, credential theft, destructive code, cryptomining, or command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Unauthorized access, surveillance, interception, doxxing, scraping, or collection of personal data.
  • Infringement, piracy, counterfeit activity, or misappropriation of confidential information.
  • Unlawful discrimination or automated high-impact decisions without required human review.
  • Denial of service, quota evasion, account farming, unauthorized resale, or interference with systems or others.

Security restrictions

Do not probe, scan, bypass authentication, obtain secrets, exploit vulnerabilities, or access another user’s content without written authorization. Good-faith research must follow the Responsible Disclosure Policy.

AI-specific restrictions

Do not use AI to evade safeguards, generate prohibited content, impersonate people deceptively, or present unverified output as professional advice. Customers control project context sent to OpenAI and must exclude credentials and sensitive data where inappropriate.

Enforcement

AdaMind may block content, suspend deployments, limit features, preserve relevant evidence, terminate accounts, and notify providers or authorities where appropriate. Appeals may be sent to admin@adamind.dev.
