AdaMindOverview
This Notice applies to the AdaMind website, accounts, AI-assisted development tools, hosting, databases, support, and related services. It does not govern independent websites or applications created by customers. Customers are responsible for privacy compliance for their own applications and end users.
Information we collect
- Account data: username, email, authentication and recovery information, selected plan, registration date, account status, and preferences.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoices, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata. Stripe will handle complete card information when payments are activated.
- Project data: prompts, code, files, databases, images, templates, domains, repositories, settings, collaboration activity, and credentials customers choose to place in their projects.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, timestamps, cookies, diagnostics, limited application or integration error logs, and approximate location inferred from IP. IIS request logging is disabled.
- Communications: support requests, contact forms, email, telephone and WhatsApp messages, feedback, legal notices, and abuse reports.
- Integration data: identifiers, permissions, and content exchanged with connected services.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide and secure accounts; process registration and subscriptions; operate AI, storage, databases, hosting, GitHub, domains, and collaboration; communicate; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce terms; troubleshoot; comply with law; and improve the Services. Depending on jurisdiction, the legal basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn prospectively.
AI processing, projects, and credentials
Prompts and selected project files may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate requested output. AdaMind does not train its own models using customer projects. AdaMind may use aggregated or de-identified operational statistics for security, reliability, capacity planning, and product improvement.
Customers control what they place in prompts and projects. AdaMind does not presently guarantee an AdaMind-controlled encrypted secrets vault; credentials are encrypted only where customers implement appropriate storage. Authorized AdaMind development and maintenance personnel may technically access server data when necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or support, but are prohibited from unrelated use.
Retention, backups, and security
AdaMind does not include customer project folders or customer project databases in infrastructure backups and does not provide guaranteed managed project backups. Customers are responsible for independent backups through GitHub or other storage. Infrastructure and its operational copies are located on the same OVHcloud server environment in Virginia and are not represented as encrypted disaster-recovery backups.
After paid access expires, the intended account state is read-only and projects are intended to be retained for 30 days, with notices at expiration, seven days before deletion, and one day before deletion. That automated process is still being implemented. Billing and tax records may be retained for up to seven years; contact/support records for up to 24 months; email verification records for up to 30 days; sanitized routine application logs, where generated, for up to 90 days; and security or legal records as necessary. No system is completely secure.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal. You may also have rights regarding sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or sensitive data. AdaMind currently does not offer such advertising or monetary sales. Submit requests to admin@adamind.dev. We may verify identity, use an authorized-agent process, preserve information legally exempt from deletion, and respond within applicable periods. We will not discriminate for exercising legal rights.
Residents of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland may complain to their supervisory authority. U.S. state residents may appeal a denied request by replying “Privacy Appeal.”
International transfers
AdaMind and providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections and supplementary measures.
Children
AdaMind is not directed to children under 13, and they may not create accounts. Minors may use AdaMind only through an authorized parent, guardian, school, or organization as permitted by law. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without proper authorization.
Changes
We may update this Notice as services and laws evolve. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice where required.
