AdaMind prohibits infringement and may remove or disable content, deployments, accounts, or links when a sufficiently complete notice is received or infringement is otherwise identified.
Copyright notice
Email admin@adamind.dev with subject “DMCA Notice” and include: your signature; identification of the protected work; the exact location of disputed material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
A counter-notice must identify the removed material and prior location, include a signature and contact information, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and include the jurisdiction and service-of-process consent required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Material may be restored after the statutory period unless a filed action is reported.
Repeat infringers and misrepresentation
AdaMind may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
