AdaMindStarter five-day free trial
Eligible new subscribers may start Starter with a five-day free trial. The trial begins when the subscription is confirmed through Stripe checkout. A valid payment method may be required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, Starter automatically becomes a paid subscription at $19 per month, plus applicable taxes, and the payment method on file will be charged.
Canceling during the five-day trial prevents the first monthly charge. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, account, household, organization, or payment method. AdaMind may deny, shorten, or end a trial in cases of fraud, duplication, or abuse, subject to applicable law.
Automatic monthly renewal
After the Starter trial, and for other paid plans from activation, paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes subscription payments. A plan remains pending until its subscription or trial is confirmed.
Cancellation
Starter subscribers must cancel before the five-day trial ends to avoid the first $19 monthly charge. After a paid billing period begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless cancellation is confirmed through the billing system. Unused monthly credits expire and are not carried forward.
Refunds
There is no voluntary refund window after a payment is processed. Canceling during the free trial prevents a future charge but does not create a refund because no trial fee was charged. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where AdaMind confirms a duplicate charge or billing error. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Failed payments
A failed payment receives a five-day grace period. AdaMind may retry payment or request updated billing information. After the grace period, paid functionality may be restricted.
Read-only access and project retention
When trial or paid access expires, the account is intended to become read-only rather than automatically downgrade to another plan or archive projects. Users should still be able to review billing, renew, and export projects, but not modify, deploy, generate, or create paid resources.
Projects are intended to remain available for 30 days. Planned warnings are sent at expiration, seven days before deletion, and one day before deletion. This automated workflow is still being implemented and must not be relied upon as a backup guarantee. After 30 days, projects may become eligible for permanent deletion.
