OpenAI processing

AdaMind sends prompts and may send customer-selected project files or context to OpenAI to produce practical recommendations and implement requested changes. AdaMind does not train its own AI models using customer projects. Provider processing remains subject to applicable provider terms and configurations.

Probabilistic output

Output may be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete, biased, outdated, fabricated, or non-unique. Similar output may be generated for others. Customers must review, test, debug, license-check, and secure all output before deployment.

API keys and credentials

Customers decide how credentials are stored in their projects. AdaMind does not presently guarantee an AdaMind-controlled encrypted secrets vault. Credentials are encrypted only where customers implement appropriate storage. Project files or prompts sent as AI context may expose credentials if customers include them. Do not place secrets in public code, logs, prompts, or repositories. Customers may delete or replace their project keys.

Customer responsibility

AdaMind is a development tool. Customers remain responsible for project architecture, security, backups, privacy, legal compliance, external APIs, and deployed applications. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice and must not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
